A recruiter lined up a phone screen, which led to a 3+ hour on-site interview. Phone screen includes a “pair programming” style screening. In person, the place seemed disorganized. No one seemed to be expecting me, or who followed them in the rounds of interviews. The coding challenge on site was particularly difficult but expect to work on someone else’s laptop with them talking while you’re trying to work. Overall, I wasn’t really impressed with them as an organization at all.
