The interview process you speak to a technical person involved in the team as a first interview which usually last 30 minutes. If they like what you had to say they let the recruiting team know to schedule you for subsequent interviews usually a 30-minute behavioral interview, a 45 minute technical interview and lastly a 45 minute design interview. Should you make it through all three of these then your next meeting is with the hiring manager that's when you discuss where you see yourself going what kind of compensation are requesting and if the company can deliver. After this a decision is made to offer you a job, unfortunately with this process the offer changes after your initial meetings to coincide with how they feel like making the offer.
