Half an hour on-campus a week after a career fair. Several behavioral questions (i.e. "what's you greatest success", "why DRW", etc.), and the typical experience of walking the interviewer through your resume and prior work experience, followed by a series of quick mental math problems and then two lengthier critical thinking and probability problems (pen and paper provided).

The process lasted a total of 6 months, with a total of 7 interviews, a mix of technical interviews and tests. I had 2 'final' interviews.
The whole time I was kept in the dark about the status of my application and reasons for delay, despite constantly requesting this information. I asked to have a call, only to be told that the role isn't going to be filled and that they've lost the headcount. Terrible treatment on the back of a terribly managed process.

The phone interview was primarily based on personality and fit questions, with a couple of brainteasers included near the end. There were almost no technical questions included, aside from the online mental math quiz.

HR was very helpful, Interview time was arranged by email. Interviewer did not make you feel at ease but it is completely random who you get. A relatively important issue is that the call you through speakerphone and the sound coming through is somewhat muffled.
