I got it through my University's career website. They were looking for engineers, but as an MBA I knew some one who worked there so I used my connection to get an interview.

I had an on campus interview. They asked a lot of mental math and probability questions that you were supposed to answer very quickly. There were also some brainteaser questions as well as a couple behavioral questions geared towards trading..

I got it through my university career Center. One:one on-campus interview. The interviewer was friendlier than other interviewers I went through for financial jobs. Overall, they have a much more laid back approach. Apart from that, it was a classical finance interview, with puzzles, mental thinking, etc...
