Had a phone interview. They invited me out to Chicago for a second round. I had four different interviews with traders. The interviews consisted of basic background and fit questions but then focused more on quantitative and finance questions. There were mental math, probability, and game theory questions. Also there were questions about market making and option theory.

I have a jar filled with 100 pennies. 1 of those pennies has two heads, the others are normal pennies. I randomly choose one penny, flip it seven times, and get seven heads. Am I holding the two-headed penny or a normal penny?

The process lasted a total of 6 months, with a total of 7 interviews, a mix of technical interviews and tests. I had 2 'final' interviews.
The whole time I was kept in the dark about the status of my application and reasons for delay, despite constantly requesting this information. I asked to have a call, only to be told that the role isn't going to be filled and that they've lost the headcount. Terrible treatment on the back of a terribly managed process.

The phone interview was primarily based on personality and fit questions, with a couple of brainteasers included near the end. There were almost no technical questions included, aside from the online mental math quiz.

HR was very helpful, Interview time was arranged by email. Interviewer did not make you feel at ease but it is completely random who you get. A relatively important issue is that the call you through speakerphone and the sound coming through is somewhat muffled.
