There were 7 steps. Interviews took more than 1 month. Overall, easy interviews. Got the final decision almost after 1 month after the last final interviews. Got rejected. It took almost 2 months for them to interview and make decision. Spent the whole day for the final interview at their office.

Initial screen with hiring manager, then a 4 hour interview day with 4 other folks in QA (lasting an hour each). One was technical, the rest were mostly talking about experience. One of my interviewers was wildly unprepared and seemingly did not even look at my resume. I waited a week to reach out to the recruiter to ask about a timeline to hear back about their decision, as well as thank them for interviewing me. I did not receive an email back. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
