Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso DRW nel mese di lug 2025
Colloquio
CV screening -> 6 OA problems -> live interview.
OA: Answered 5 problems.
Next received a Zoom interview which lasted a little more than an hour. Mostly questions on CV and motivation of why QR over working in academia and then 4 problems similar to ones found in green book and simple market making game. Answered three problems with interviewer being very helpful and telling if one got the right answer or not.
Rejected after 2 days.

Domanda 1
Round 1: 6 OA problems 40 minutes which had probability and linear algebra. Being familiar with matrix manipulation, Poisson PDF, recursion relations is more than enough.
Round 2: 30 min CV review and motivation as to why QR rather than doing research in academia.
Next 30 minutes: 4 probability/brain-teaser/linear algebra/market making. The probability/brainteaser problems are of style that are seen in dynamic programming i.e. recursive relation but no live coding was asked.
3 prob & stats questions - first round tech interviews. Interviewer is a trader. Questions are classic but need to be answered quickly so need some practice before the interview. I heard there will be 6-7 rounds overall
A very standard prcess. Firstly introduce myself based on the resume.
Some questions based on my previous experience are also expected.
The final step is a short brain teaser which is more like a routine with very low weight in the interview.
