The process happened rather fast and only included one Interview before the job offer. The HR woman who responded and setup the interview was pretty rude and abrupt and the first thing she asked was my cost. I was really taken aback by her attitude and sad to find out I could only go through her and not talk to the managers directly. They seemed really great in the interview and the benefits sounded good. My only real concern is they couldn't meet the money I was asking for in order to fill the role. Granted the amount I led with wasn't my final coat but one has to take benefits and such in the process so can't stay to a number when you haven't heard much of the job. Especially when it's the first question. They noted that there was no guarantee of raises so I couldn't put my family in that position at this point in my life. Maybe in the future though. The mangers seemed really great and I would definitely apply in the future if there is a good fit for me.
