Apart from the technical interview, there were other type of interview which I think doesn't fit with the role. I don't think an interview for a software developer should be that tedious.

The interview began with the introduction of the company and followed up by the behavioral questions. The entire process was smooth and transparent but despite the interview went well they didn't gave the proper reason why i was not selected.

The interview process at DSV was quite thorough and well-structured. It began with a phone screening conducted by the HR department, where we discussed my background and why I was interested in the software developer role at DSV. After clearing that, I was invited for a technical assessment. The technical assessment was an online test that covered various aspects of software development, including algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving. Some questions were specific to the languages and technologies listed in the job description. Once I passed the technical assessment, I was invited for an in-person interview, which is what I just completed. The interview was split into two parts: technical and behavioral. For the technical part, I was interviewed by two senior software developers. They asked me to solve coding challenges on a whiteboard, and we also discussed my past projects in depth. There were also questions about system design and best practices in software development. The behavioral part was with the team lead and focused on my experiences in a team setting, how I handle challenges, and what motivates me. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which was refreshing. Overall, the process was challenging but fair, and I believe it was designed to ensure that the candidates are a good fit both technically and culturally.

First round: an hour long interview, where we casually discussed mostly technical topics about the company/division and my experience. Second round: They sent me an exercise beforehand (code review) and on the interview they asked me to make a presentation about it, while often asking questions during. Third round: A half hour long conversation/negotiation about compensation and technicalities about day to day work. Fourth round (first interview in person): meeting with the HR rep, about motivation and social/communication skills. Also discussed personality tests, that I had to complete beforehand
