After filling out online application, received a call from the DM the next day to set up a time for an interview. Interview with DM was about an hour. Getting to know my experience and wanted to find out what I was looking for in my next position. A pretty informal, relaxed interview. I got a call from the DM a few days later to set up a time to interview with another DM in the market. When I got to the store for the interview, the DM was a few minutes late and had no clue of who I was, my past experience. Seemed very unprepared. The DM kept asking strange questions and I felt as though they were disinterested and not focused on the interview. They even checked their phone twice. Was told I would hear back within a few days on their decision. Never heard from them.

I interviewed with three different people before I was given an offer. Two interviews over the phone and one in person. They asked a lot of questions about my experience and personal testimony as well as about the Values of their company.
