I went through a recruiter. DTCC HR called me , we had a brief discussion and he scheduled a telephone interview with the hiring manager. Schedule was set through email and I confirmed. A bridge was set up for the call. On day of interview, I joined the bridge 5 minutes before the scheduled start time and waited for over 20 minutes. There was no one. Sent a mail to the HR representative who set up the call with copy to their whole HR team if they would like to schedule another time.

at first you do a hirevue with standard questions like why do you want to work here, stuff like that. then you go to final round. I apparently did well and was told I will hear back within a week but had to follow up twice after a month and was ghosted.

Started out with HireVue, an automated process in which you interview yourself, it was awful. However, after getting to the next round and meeting with the hiring manager and executive management, I really enjoyed it. Interesting and very personable people.
