Even though you join DTCC, you are off shore team, primarily NY-JC based organization. Most decisions done at HQs and even though company top management tries to be culturally inclusive and encourages collaboration. Promotes good values and has strong policies against anti-harassment and bullying. It is hard to achieve all that.
