2 rounds of interviews. - 1st round: Over zoom. two interviewers and was asked me about my professional experience and questions about the market. Most questions centered around my experience, tasks, duties, and how keeping up with the market affected my role. As for other questions about the market, they asked me questions about interest, the yield curve, how to hedge inflation using equities/FI, etc... - 2nd round: In person. two interviewers as well except with upper management. Most questions were regarding my previous roles as well, the firm, and the role. Additionally, they asked if I kept up with the market and who the current fed chair was. Overall, I would say the interview was more conversational with basic behavioral questions and questions about the market.

Interview was pretty difficult. I was coming from a non analyst role. Lots of technical questions in regards to mortgage backed securities. Communication was not the best, was ghosted after the interview. No email or phone communications.
