2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort

Very good process. STAR based interview. I had to clear an online assessment before a face-to-face interview. Thorough detailing about your resume. I was asked questions based on my resume. I was also asked situational based questions.
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
