I applied online and was contacted over the phone to schedule an interview. They only gave me one option so I had to miss many classes in order to attend. The interviewer was an hour late. She asked only behavioral questions (about 6) and they were pretty straightforward. Short interview, went well.

Describe a time when you had to mediate a conflict.
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
