2 step process. First, I had a really nice conversation with the DTE Representative at the Career Fair, Got a call 2 weeks later to schedule an interview. Interview conducted using STAR methodology, they explain it in case you don't know.

Mostly pretty basic behavioral questions based on your resume.
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
