You have to do an assessment test in order to go to the in person interview. The test is quite long and subjective. The in person inteverview is pretty straight to the point and you have to answer them following the STAR model. They take notes and to make sure if you follow this model when answering.

Was casual and easy, there were not any difficult questions. The main purpose of the interview was more so informational and logistical. As long as there is a good fit it should be fine.
