Very friendly, inviting, casual interview, answered questions relating to my experience in relation to the utilities industry. 3 interviewers took turns asking each question. In addition, willingness to relocate, work overtime, and other questions were also asked. Typical behavioral questions, asked in a STAR format. (Situation, Task, Action, Results)

Tell me about a time you had to complete two different tasks. How did you prioritize them?
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
