They showed up late for the interview, I watched them walk in 30min late carrying food. Unprepared, bad appearance, pretty clueless. Short guy was very clueless and fidgeted a lot. The other guy was very unprofessional, appeared bored and seemed more interested in just going back to his desk to eat. They both looked like they woke up in their clothes. The interview was easy, I asked most more questions. I was offered the job and took it because I needed work. I kept looking for a better job and left as soon as I found one.

Very easy interview. HR and Manager. Questions about previous experience, goals. What I think the job is about and saying what the job is about. There were 2 stages. 2 stage was basically saying I got the job.
Pretty standard interview process, prescreening and the interview was done via zoom. They ask an assortment of questions that aren't really focused on Loss Prevention terms. Interview lasted approximately 40 minutes.
