Applied online and received an email for a phone screen with the Human Resource Associate. Lasted about 30 minutes. Had to do an online assessment with "agree or disagree" questions with traits that would essentially "qualify" whether I'd be a good fit for the job. Following the assessment, they asked me to come in the interview with the director and the account manager i'd be working under/with. Same questions came up and no technical questions were asked. It was about 40 minutes (an hour was scheduled). Following the in-person interview there was a 2 hour case (open book - bring your own notes/laptop provided) which had 3 financial statements which you essentially had to do a SWOT analysis/talk about capital structure/short term liquidity ratios. It was about a week apart to hear back whether I would move on and I unfortunately didn't move onto the final round which would be with another director that I'd be working with. The salary for this position would have been 50-55k a year
