Met with a team of traders for interview. They took turns asking logic/math based questions and asked about current market conditions to hear your ability to perform market analysis and make quick decisions. Team was friendly during the interview but provided very little feedback as to performance during the process.

Initial online maths and probaility test, Normal screening interview followed with a final interview with a senior trader on the desk which was behavioural and technical.Advice is to brush up on typical quant interview resources such as the green book.
