The interview process was usual - with 2 rounds of telephonic by immediate supervisor and HR and 2 F2F with senior personnels. DXC does not reimburse for outstation candidate and is ruthless to reject candidates after calling for F2F at their own cost , on the information provided in telephonic rounds itself. No value for applicant. The management thinks people from smaller organisation do not know what work is. If you have this mindset then please read the resume well before interview itself. And also read the details of the candidates previous interview before agreeing to call them at their own cost. Highly unprofessional behaviour. For that matter, even smaller companies reimburse for outstation candidates.

Disorganised and unprofessional. I had to chase the HR contact for the interview details. The interview was cancelled at the last minute. Finally when I attended the interview it was abruptly cut short. I was then ghosted.
Interview experience was very good at dxc technology .interview process is also clear and fast . Response is also fast compatitive to other companies which help not to wait for longer.
