I had two rounds.. one with the program Manager and another with the client. The interview scheduling process was very good.

Phone interviews only. Four separate interviews. First with HR, then direct manager, then Program Manager & final with PMO. Standard interview questions in all. All friendly and nothing difficult. Moved fairly quickly and no stalling.

Three levels of interview. Technical, manager and HR. All are face to face in the campus. Manager interview is the most crucial. One should be well aware of project management processes and methodology
