An absolute joke of an interview process for such a big company.
I was technically referred by a former colleague. Turns out that a "draft" version of my application was received by DXC before I could even finish it. Oh well...
I was emailed out of the blue by a partner who wished to see me immediately, which I accepted. I go to the interview on time, but the partner was at least 15 minutes late. He was still relaxed and laid-back. Maybe too relaxed. That
I was then emailed again by the HR team for the final round of interview. It was blatantly obvious that the email was generated automatically. I send a reply indicating the day and time I was available. 5 days later I get another reply that was generated automatically. My doubt were beginning to blossom.
I go to the interview fairly relaxed. Until the woman I was supposed to see rushed in 30 minutes late and began saying how she was "tired and did not want to be overwhelmed by long answers". The interview went alright, but she still had an air of "what the heck am I even doing here. At the end of the interview, she guaranteed me that I would hear back within 2 weeks.
Since then? Complete and utter silence. I send emails to inquire about my application. Nothing.....
I keep hearing about how DXC us absoutely disorganized. Well I think that speaks for itself in the interview process.
