Process? Wish there was one. Did not even bother talking for 3 months. Got hold of recruiter and spoke to her and then I was promised to be called with the next steps. I got no reply forever. Absolutely disengaged and worst experience ever. No wonder the glass door rating is 2. Glad, I did not go through the process.
