First round: Phone screen with a recruiter. They were mostly a buffer for unqualified candidates. They simply pass resumes on to the hiring manager.
Second round: Phone call with hiring manager and team. They provide background on company and team, and ask about work experience. Some probing questions about work style.
Third round: In person, meeting with 2 panels (3 or 4 people each). Questions about history and theory, tech experience, behavioral questions.
