I had a phone interview and it was possibly the worst interview experience I've ever had. It seemed like a decision had been made on me prior to even beginning the phone call. I've never before interviewed before where I felt so much demeaning, belittling, and arrogance. Even if the role sounded appealing, which it did not, there is no chance I'd want to work for a company like this.
