The recruiter reached out on her own and I responded to the basic questions on email. Then this process went for couple of times , before she scheduled an interview. The position was changed from solution architect to pre-sale architect and I was informed 2 minutes before the interview. The interviewer was polite and courteous , but wanted me to look at the camera continuously. I told him my constraint but he didn't budge. In the middle of the interview he mentioned that he thinks I have not worked hands-on even though I am able to answer 90% of the questions. I was surprised about what it even meant. Few more questions and then the interview came to an end. Reached out to the recruiter 2 days post interview - No response. Reached out again 7 days post interview - Provided negative result with no actual reason provided.
