There are totally three rounds of interviews: 1. Recruiter arrange a telephone interview for brief introduction and motivation with firm's HR manager; 2. onsite interview on CEO and senior management team with more specific questions such as past investment experience and professional background; 3. meeting with senior management team of parent company.
