First you submit a resume online, then they contact you through email saying thank you for your application and that they will contact you again for an interview if they want to hire you. Then you set a time for a Skype interview. During the interview they ask you questions about your resume and go over a quick tutorial of the classes and software. Then you set up a trial class time. They give you instructions on what to wear, etc. Once you have done your trial, they will be in contact with you about your work schedule, that you pick within a certain time frame. They will also give you your hourly wage and offer any more help you might need. Then you start working.
