Three rounds: first round was a phone interview about culture fit etc. Second round was a phone interview about the healthcare industry and where it is going. Third round was an a 3-4 hour in person interview with several members of the team, as well as an excel exercise.
Three rounds of interview. Director round and two panel rounds. They value culture fit a lot and are very interactive and engaging during the interview. Lot of behavioral and situation based questions.
Initial phone screen with recruiter assessing background, analytical skills, and interest in the analyst role. Discuss experience, problem-solving approach, communication ability, and fit with company goals, team collaboration, and learning mindset.
