Interview process was very structured and impressive. There were no unexpected questions. I did come in for one half day of interviewing, which can be a bit draining, but I also appreciated their flexibility. The only thing that through me off was that I met and interviewed with someone in the middle of everything that was not on my itinerary. I had no background on what her position was so I was not prepared for that. Seeing as I didn't get the job, it does make me wonder if they were just trying to throw something together last minute because they a) already had someone else in mind for the role or b) knew they didn't want me.
