After application, personality test online . A week later I received a call from a recruiter who was in a hurry. Asked how much money I wanted an hour. Next email 3 days later whit time and location of panel interview. That's as far as I will go. I don't want to work for this company after the panel interview.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

General. Describe yourself, how have I dealt with difficulty situation, desired pay, work hours…
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
