Very positive phone interview, finally got a face to face interview after they rescheduled several times. Was asked to shadow a PCT the next morning for 3 hours. Lost another hour and 1/2 from my current job then Nothing. Not even a phone call. They don't even return your calls. A waste of time.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.
