over the phone interview took about 20 mins. after phone interview a 4 hour job shadowing was set up after that short in person interview i didn't interview with the same person as i did on the phone. was told ill get a call back weeks went by so i called to check the status i was told that they are still interviewing candidates finally 6wks passed and i got an email saying they chose a more qualified applicant.

Not bad. It takes about two weeks. They reached out to me a day after I submitted my application and emailed a link with instructions to take an assessment test. Once, you complete the assessment and if you meet their qualifications they will have a recruiting agent reach out to.
