Applied on line for a hiring event. Recruiter call the same day for a phone interview. Following that we scheduled an in person interview. Interviewed with 2 different managers in a panel type interview. Was asked basic behavioral questions, nothing technical as this was a new grad position. Offer was made the same day!

It was good. There are 3 panelists who asked about behavioral questions. Also they explained a day in the life of a dialysis acute RN what to do during training, all the perks . And told me about the exam that will require to pass after training.Very Straight forward .

Acute RN- 3 phone interviews. Very casual and easy going. First recruiter, then Facility Admin, and possibly director. Brief and not longer than 10 minutes. Questions about your experience. How many years, if you’re ok with not knowing an exact time you’ll be going home from shift since hours vary depending on patient load.
