Open house hiring event. There were managers from multiple centers screening the open house attendees. They asked for basic info about what you were interested in on a questionnaire. Then you went to an office to chat with couple of managers. They told me I seemed like I would be a great fit and would forward my resume to the recruiter.

Asked what I was looking for, my availability. They very managers from other clinics. Very casual, friendly, easy to talk to. Have an interview with the recruiter next week and will update.

It was very basic and seemed like a lot of propaganda about there culture. Seems vey focused on branding/imaging not sure this carries over into patient care. Found a better fit with another organization.

I applied online and got a confirmation email. next step was to take the online assessment which will take around 30 minutes to finish. You will receive another email requesting for a phone interview which will last 30 minutes. you will be the one to choose your available time and date. if you pass the interview you will be scheduled for a panel interview in one of Davita office.

I just went through a phone screen and I felt like she was attacking me saying I don't think you did much research. There's so many resources online that you could've gone through. I felt like I had to explain myself to her.
