I applied online and then had a phone interview. I got called like a week later for a in person interview. I had a interview that was one on one and then i did a shadow job. Almost two weeks later i heard nothing so i kept applying and have a bother in person with 3 other FA’s as a panel interview and Literally received two offers letter. My start date was a month apart process took 2 months.

Colloquio
They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.
