Claims “new grads welcome” not true. Interviewed with three managers and the one that was considering me had no idea that a new grad cannot Work alone for 12 months... I knew by her reaction to that the interview may as well have ended there... was asked to come back and job shadow and told the process would move on from there. Emailed my open availability to shadow and didn’t hear back from anyone after two weeks and three emails I heard back that they decided not to move forward with me... and the “new grads welcome” listing has been removed from hiring boards. Don’t waste your time unless you have experience. Very unprofessional to not be notified of the decision until you email them.
