I got a call first after 5 months, then they asked me to come in for 2 more additional interviews. They don't pay for your parking, even though you're in their garage and it's very expensive.

They did NOT provide training at all and just put you into the situation you're in. There's tons of feedback in this company so the first 6 months were hell because you have expectations but don't even have a standard of how to fill them.

Easy. Quick phone call then in person was 30 minutes. Got a tour of the facility and discussed pay which was a little low for job responsibilities. Benefits described sounded pretty great.

Took about 1 week to schedule the interview, then was interviewed in an in-person panel. Questions were fairly simple. They were a little late to interview me, but understandable since they are a busy practice. +
There was an initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. The interview was fairly easy and just covered the job description, going over qualifications that align with the job requirements. Answer any questions you have regarding the company or the process of the hiring process.
