Phone interview was 30 minutes. They asked very basic questions, and overall questions about the company as a whole. Asked about prior experience, education, certifications. You need to look up the companies core values ahead of time. I would also prepare some generic interview questions ahead of time so you are not put on the spot. We also discussed pay right away which was not the best in my opinion.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

General. Describe yourself, how have I dealt with difficulty situation, desired pay, work hours…
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
