Multiple interviews conducted via telephone due to current pandemic contact precautions. Total of four interviews, I don't believe that is the normal process, in my circumstance, I applied for a position and after completing the first interview, it was felt I was qualified for a more advanced role and so additional introductions and interviews were needed. The interviews themselves were very friendly, conversational. They asked several well-thought-out behavior and experience scenario questions. Everything discussed/asked was relevant to role and the specif location. They openly offered information about the company both from a high level and down to the local district and individual facilities- culture, current status, and goals. Positive workplace culture was of significant importance to them. Overall, I came away from the interviews with a good understanding of the position(s) that was helpful for determining if it was the right fit for me. Between steps in the hiring process they moved very quickly, they were in contact every other day to get me moved through four interviews within a week. They seemed well organized, much more so than other dialysis and care management organizations I have recently interviewed with.
