Several steps. !st talk to a recruiter. Take online assessment test with staffing questions etc. After passed test, interviewed on phone by hiring manager, next regional director, lastly human resource 'specialist'. I could tell all interviews went well except until got to the HR specialist who voted no.. All others recommended me except her, so no go..

HR specialist kept asking for 'examples' of times may have had certain experiences, I would give an answer then she would as for still another example, She did not recommend me as she said did not think I had enough experience. So be prepared with more than one example for all possible scenarios if you can.

Tedious, multiple interviews, asked same questions each interview. 6 week process to receive job offer which I accepted. Great culture related interview questions, gather an insight of the type of personality you have as well.

Long. HR screening call 30 minutes. Take online test, about 40 minutes. 2 person GFA in person interview 1 hour. RDO interview 1 hour. Job Shadow x 3 hours, meet another FA. People Services (HR) call 1 hour. (All of this over a 5-6 week period). Was told by HR that there still could be an additional interview with VP via phone. All mgmt on retreat this week, so.....All I can say is be patient.

You interview with a panel of facility administrators and possibly the regional director and if considered another interview with the physicians. Most difficult part is, if your administrator doesn’t want to allow the transfer most likely theyvto will be part of the interview and can have a negative impact on the outcome
