Fast hiring process. Submitted my application, got a phone call from HR the following morning for a brief phone interview, and the same day I had an interview with the Biomed Operations Manager. Positive interview experience. The key things they look for are: someone that gets along with others, superb organization and communication skills, common sense, excellent troubleshooting skills, and most importantly, how well you've performed under pressure.

Responded pretty fast to my application hiring process pretty quick. All in all it took about two to three weeks took a drug test as well as a one on one interview. Received a call saying I was invited to be part of Davita.
