The interview process was profess and straight forward. I was interviewed by a manager and a nurse. I was asked a series of questions and was asked if I had any questions to be answered.

The interview process was good. Just have a conversation. I wish I could take the position. I always was interested in Dialysis nursing but thought it was only for RNs. In an acute hospital setting its allowed but you have to be flexible. They offer bonuses and incentives for staying over. 36hrs 3 12s but may stay over 12-hour shifts during busier times sometimes 15 hours.
