Simple and smooth process. Recruiter was kind and communicative. Company is very open to new graduate RNs and provides an in house designed curriculum known as StarLearning. The program is composed of many detailed videos and lessens that are helpful for the novice nurse.

Applied online and received an email 3 days later to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter talked about the position, asked general questions, and then scheduled a panel interview with local leaders. Still waiting for an offer since they are currently reviewing other candidates.

Asked general questions during the phone interview (i.e., why davita, why dialysis nursing) and then a lot of behavioral questions during the panel interview (i.e., tell us about a time when you when above and beyond for a coworker)
