Met with the team via video call it was a small group of people interviewing me at once. They asked basic behavioral questions and situational ones, like "what would you do if....". Overall it was a great experience, way more of a comfortable conversation if anything.

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
