they make you have a phone interview then depending on if you are a good candidate they make you do a video interview. Not too bad, send in resume and cover letter

The recruiter was rude, negative and inconsiderate. Will never apply again. Impolite and repetitively lecturing and shaming that I did not know about their company at the moment. Very negative experience. This personnel was very stern and rude. Very unprofessional way to represent their company.
