Virtual interviews secured through on-campus recruiting. Two rounds on back-to-back days. Each day had one behavioral interview and one case interview that revolved around a problem commonly encountered by the company day-to-day.

Two rounds of interviews each with a case and behavioral portion. Cases were simple and related to dialysis but no background information were needed. Behavioral place a really big emphasis on culture fit and why you're interested in working there.
