STAR-based interview questions were asked and the role was reviewed in detail during the screening process. The initial recruiter did not cover the Frederick area, so my information was forwarded to another recruiter covering that region. That recruiter was responsive, answered my questions, and stated she would coordinate an in-person interview experience with the facility administrator based on availability. On June 18th, I received a call from the recruiter who shared that the facility administrator requested clarification regarding my current enrollment in graduate school and concerns about my availability to work consistently. I clarified that I am not currently attending graduate school and do not have plans to return in the immediate future. The recruiter stated she would relay this information to the facility and follow up with scheduling details. After that conversation, I did not receive further communication. I left a voicemail for the recruiter on Monday, June 22nd with no response. On Tuesday, June 23rd, I noticed my application status had changed to “no longer under consideration” without direct notification of the decision. While I understand hiring decisions are made at the facility level, I would have appreciated clearer communication regarding the outcome of the process. This left me uncertain about the reason for not moving forward in the process.

It was good. There are 3 panelists who asked about behavioral questions. Also they explained a day in the life of a dialysis acute RN what to do during training, all the perks . And told me about the exam that will require to pass after training.Very Straight forward .
